The second one ("Event by courseid:") would do, I think.
However, it seems that this returns user events only for the current user (the user that has logged in via the web service token).
From a brief look at the code, it seems that that's what the web service is designed to do (the core webservice, not specifically Scheduler) . I didn't find any option to return user events for all users.
