Hello. I found a pretty old topic, however, I still have the same problem.
I'm using a new Moodle version.
What I did:
I've disabled site administration capabilities. However, the option for site administration/reports/comments stubbornly remains in the Administration block (Site administration).
1. I have disabled comments in site administration/advanced features.
2. I have disabled capabilities for:
- moodle/comment:delete
- moodle/comment:post
- moodle/comment:view
As well as any other capability remotely related to comments.
Does anyone have a suggestion? Does anyone have the same problem?
