I have managed Moodle and always update its version. Until then, I never had problems.
However, after updating my "LAMP Server", Moodle started to have problems with the "duplicate" function, because when I want to duplicate any Quiz, the page is loading forever.
This problem has been fixed in the previous version of Moodle 3.6 because I had the same problem earlier this year.
I still tried to change the Moodle version to 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8, but it doesn't work. All versions have the same problem. When I try to duplicate the "Quiz", the page loads forever.
My Lamp versions have these features:
Apache 2.4.28 (Debian)
Php 7.3.4-2
Debian 10 (Buster)
MariaDB Database Server 10.3.15
