My website is in Spanish, but I'm wondering if someone who understands English can view my content in English. Does MoodleCloud have this feature?

As a starting point, I recommend you read about Multi-language filter. If you are thinking of an integration with Google translate, that's a whole different can of worms and you'll have to get someone else's opinion on this.

Moodle has full-fledged multi-language support since its beginning. In the mean time it has expanded to all sorts of multi-language situations. To my knowledge though, it is done through hard work of genuine teachers with the support of their system administrator!
