Feedback causes timeout when submitted. Moodle 3.7.1

Hi All,

very curious issue - when Feedback is submitted it takes ages to do anything then an error message comes up with a 504 Gateway Time-out. 

The feedback does get submitted correctly .

Anyone any idea why this might be occuring?

Hi Dave,

have you taken a look at the web server logs?
Do you use any kind of dependent questions?

without further information it is difficult to find out what is going on traurig.
Does the error occur only with a few or with all of your feedbacks?
