The undefined message is output.
When entering the participant details, a popup window appears with the message undefined.
The popup does not contain anything. I am using it by removing the popup window by clicking the X. Why is this popup popping up?When entering the participant details, A popup message is displayed.

It might help to right click on the page and select Inspect Element. Then click on the Network tab. Then reload the page. See if you can see what is failing and giving the Undefined.
