I have a teacher experiencing different settings on quizzes in two different classes in Moodle 3.7.
For one class, I see all the options I expect including the ability to Enforced delay between 1st and 2nd attempts.
For the other class, the option to enforce delays is missing. Both courses are restored from back-ups downloaded from a site running Moodle 3.5.
Any idea what is causing the issue?
