At the global moot we will be holding two DevJams on 18 November 2019.
The first session will run from 10:00 - 13:00 (UTC 9:00 - 12:00).
In this session we will cover the latest news relevant for developers about Moodle 3.8, APIs, themes, plugin development, processes and more.
The second session will run from 14:00 - 17:00 (UTC 13:00 - 16:00).
This session will run as an 'unconference' where you can pitch ideas at the start of the session and those ideas that have broader interest within the group will get added to the agenda and then presented.
Potential topics can be technical in terms of Moodle development (e.g. tips and tricks) or contentious issues where we want to try and reach a conclusion.
I'm also keen to hear your views on how you think the Moodle LMS codebase should evolve as a platform, e.g. how can we make it easier to keep up with new technologies or what changes would you prioritise to make it easier to host Moodle on different types of infrastructure.
I invite you to put your thinking caps on and prepare something to pitch and present!
See November 2019 GlobalMoot DevJam Unconference for more details including a zoom link for those wanting to attend but not present in Barcelona.
