I want to set up time for each questions to ensure no cheating during test.
In Moodle, you can set a "time" for a quiz. I do not know if it is possible to set a "time" for an individual question.
You might need to elaborate on what you really want to do. Are you talking about a start/end time, or an elapsed time, for example?

Wow. How is it possible to set up limited time for each question? I think there is soemthing to do with making questions conditional upon other questions, but I couldn't find where the limited time per question option is.
Example: the test have 10 questions, allocate 1 question /1 minute
After 1 minute spent, Question 2 is enableb
After 1 minute spent, Question 2 is enableb
