Scheduler not send e-mail to students #2

I have the same problem as Alex, but unfortunately the discussion has already closed. Was there a solution to this problem?

When I schedule an appointment, the student does not receive the reservation email with the selected time interval.

In the configuration options, select Notifications-> yes.

When this option is enabled, teachers and students will receive notifications when appointments are applied for canceled.

Would any extra configuration be missing?

Hello Kai

Scheduler sends notifications only (a) to the teacher, when a student makes or cancels an appointment, (b) to the student, when the teacher declines an appointment.

Ah, noticed the same thing today. This help-text did not help:


We would like the student to get a confirmation Email when a slot is booked (by the student). Also, a .ics file as an attachment to the mail would be awesome...
