I need to create a role that is able to edit the calendar events of the courses he is subscribed in, even though he has not created them.
Is this possible? I am using Moodle 3.5

Seeing as you have had no answer... you'll need to do what anybody else would. You'll need to search through the capabilities and see if you can put together a role that does what you want. You may need to experiment a little. I never use the Calendar and don't have much of an idea how it works.
Yes Managing Roles is not as difficult as it sound. Just be careful and there is documentation for Calendar editor role to get started. Hope that helps.
