i have installed the Moodle 3.7.2+ the Latest Standard version in LocalHost using the xamp server but after installing the page refreshes and the window shows up with the message as "

This page isn’t working

localhost redirected you too many times.

i also have tried to run moodle on different browser but it's not working.

While installing i just face a warning as "Php not 64bit" which i just ignored and then the intallation done successfully but face that Error.
