Dear all,

Does anyone know how we can have learning materials on our Moodle online platform only be open within the browser and no one is able to download or copy?

Thanks,

Do you also want to prevent students from using there smartphone's camera and taking photos of what they see on a computer screen?

There are many computer-based tools for screenshots and screen videos. Most computer OSs provide these.

As you might see, I am one who believes the answer to your question is "no."  But others here on moodle.org might have a few suggestions.

People can take picture, that is not the problem. We have an issues seeing our lecture note and other courses materials been downloaded and teaching other students using our materials with our our promission.

No.

If it is transmitted over the Internet it can be captured or downloaded. This is nothing to do with Moodle - it's how the Internet works.

Please don't take this the wrong way but if your teaching model relies on the materials being 'secret' then you might want to look at the teaching model wink
