Questionnaire (plugin)

I thought I attached the current state of work in first post, but probably it got lost while reediting, or I mislooked sth.

The way I do things:
I put rendering options in question $content and parse for them when rendering (I don't want to alter table structure)

You can take a look at survey_render.inc.php     at    case '8'..., but better don't - it's messy...  If I'll find time, I take a look at Your work... and may be adopt things to it (but not earlier than next week)

I saw Your post about getting phpESP closer to Moodle. I am interested,  if I work on newest version - can this (rendering) hack be also applied to original phpESP?  (now I work with questionnaire module, which is about month old).
