Hello,

We're on Moodle 3.7.1+ (Build: 20190823).

We've recently started using Turnitin's Plagiarism Plugin (within Moodle Assignment), but we're having an issue with student submission on the Moodle app. What happens is that if a student has not yet accepted the EULA (i.e. the first time they go to submit an assignment) when they go to submit in the app, the EULA does not come up, and the submission doesn't go through to Turnitin. Students get no notification about this.

Has anyone experienced this, or can recommend any fix or workaround?

Hello, 

we have problems with first submission because the turn it in agreement come up but it hangs in and it is impossible to accept the agreement. Therefore the submission can not be completed. 

Anyone can help me?
