Error en loop - Cannot change authentication for primary administrator

I have added as admin an extra user field with is obligatory in MoodleCloud. Now, I am prisoned in a loop. MoodleCloud ask me to fill in this new obligatory field in my own profile. If I do this, I get the message after saving:  Cannot change authentication for primary administrator. Then I go back to my profile page. Clicking on every link, brings me also to my profile page to fill in this new field first. How can I escape from this loop to reach the settings page to change this field to non obligatory? 

At this moment I can nothing as admin because I cannot escape from the loop.
