IMHO - the usability of the Learning Plan Template could be improved if there was a method to order the competencies besides manually moving one competency at a time.
I have very large Learning Plan templates, setting the order of competencies in a Learning Plan Template, using similar functionality as the course catalog would be helpful to administrators/instructors/ and the students.
In Competencies settings add the functionality to sort competencies, with a dropdown list.
The dropdown list values should include:
sort competencies full name ascending.
sort competencies full name descending.
sort competencies ID number ascending.
sort competencies ID number descending.
