Hey Colin -
Thanks for the response. I double checked all of my courses and ensured that I (as an admin) am enrolled in everything as a Manager. I also did create a Test Course that I made hidden from the users in which I am also a Manager. Unfortunately I have still having the same strange problem when trying to move blocks from the right to the center of my Dashboard.
I am very confused.
