I am using Moodle 3.5.2+ as an LTI provider. I have a customer using Moodle 2.8.6+ as an LTI consumer. Upgrading either of these is not an option, but any code changes I can make on my end.
The customer has a request that even if a teacher has manually entered a grade for an item, that that grade should be overridden if we send a new grade over LTI.
I do not believe that this is possible, but wanted to verify here if anyone had been able to make it happen.
