We have an issue with graded items that are restricted to specific groups being accessed by students through the Upcoming Events Block, Calendar Block and Course Updates Block. In these blocks all course participants are receiving notifications about all Graded Items (open and close dates) even though they are restricted to separate groups. The course settings are set to allow Separate Groups and so too are each Graded Item (Quiz and Assignment). As far as I understand when the Separate Groups setting is allowed, other groups should not be able to view graded items (only the group it is restricted to). As well as allowing Separate Groups I have restricted access. Is there something I have missed?
