Hello fellow moodlers,
I have a random and weird problem that I cannot find the start point from where to go on to solve this.
Here is what's happening: On everyone throughout the site, random courses and random assignments are sending e-mails.
For instance, I have a course with 6 assignments and 30 participants. So, whenever they send in an asignment moodle shoots an email to all participants instead only to the teacher. I've double checked every setting there is within the course, and cannot find anything.
On another course, whenever a student completes a quiz (exam) it does the same. I've noticed that even though i've removed a participant from this course, the same participant still receives the emails.
I've checked, and modified the general notification settings there are, and so far cannot see where is the problem.
The platform is freshly built, Moodle 3.6.5+ (Build: 20190824). And my question to you is: where should I start looking at in order to solve the problem?
