I want to add the roles like 'USA Admin' and 'Japan Admin', and create a cource (Custom field 'Area') to USA. But I don't know how to hide the cources of USA when 'Japan Admin' login in. Pls help me. Thanks
Assuming you want different languages for the respective Admins, best bet, have two Moodles.

Trouble is, you can't stop Admins from going anywhere, doing anything, it is inherent in the Role. Best option, change the Role. Create Categories with the Respective courses in them. Assign standard User Role to all Admins except those you want as Site Admins. Create your Admin Roles, if you want, but I am not sure it is actually necessary. Assign those Roles at the Category Level, not the site level. That way, the context of that Admin Role is at the Category level, not the site. That should do the trick.
