I'm a new admin to Moodle, I have a teacher who has PDFs of which kids edit and save back to Moodle. The teach then looks at them in Moodle and thinks they should be able to see the edits but they just see the original PDF, if they download the file then the edits show up. The teacher thought I needed to install ghostscript so I did that but they still have the same issue. Is there another addon I need?

I'm not sure that the issue in this case, but it may be...
Depends on which kind of edits the pupils do and in which program, the difference in view may be due to differences in how the Moodle viewer interpret the PDF and how the external program interpret the PDF.
Once I used a PDF software to annotate a PDF file, only to discover that some other PDF programs don't view the annotations that I created over, only the original PDF data.
