Hi Everyone,
I need help for Assignment Grading Tool. When I open the grading tool, the student submissions are not loaded, the PDF viewer only shows the rotating loading icon, until I click next or previous button. The filter is not working either and has a messy style. It is different from the filter I've seen on another Moodle instance with the same theme. here is the screenshot :

Those moodle instance is using the latest version of moodle (3.7.2+).
