Missing hover text in current version of H5P

Hi 
We are running Moodle Moodle 3.7.2+ (Build: 20190920) on two seperat Moodle platforms, but the have different H5P version 

Learn = H5P version 1.18 2019052100 - Show at hover text on mouse over 

Online = H5P version 1.19.1 2019081600 - dont show the hover tekst on mouse over 

Both have at course running a h5P element using the drag and drop activity, but on on the newer version, the hover text no longer appear when on mouse over.  

I tried several browser and both PC and Mac

This problem has been reported in the H5P forum here: Hover text for images not working https://h5p.org/node/398028

As far as I know the problem has now been fixed. It does work as expected on my moodle local site running

Moodle 3.7.2 (Build: 20190909)

H5P version 1.19.1 dated 2019081600

H5P library Drag and Drop (1.13.7)

Which version of the Drag and Drop library are you running on your sites?

That was it,
I forgot you had to update inside det modul too
