Hoping to find a chinese based moodle programmer to develop a website in order to create resource for my teaching and consulting students and clients respectively. Currently, I have a website hosted by earthlink which can't be seen in China. I currently have english and chinese content to provide basic information for a website. Course content will be coming.
Hoping to create a website through Moodle software that has the potential so that I can personally add courses and creative activities as well as have the look of a professional looking website. Courses will be ranging from business courses taught in english to chinese students as well as courses for businesses. Also, I am wondering about hosting issues.
