Blocks

Hi there,

since upgrading to moodle 3.7.1 with PHP 7.3.9 we encounter a problem in mrbs:

Until moodle 3.5, mrbs worked fine for us (we are a school in Duisburg /
Germany).
And now, repeated entries can't be done any more.
They dont appear in the calendar, but if we want to book a single date
at the same time and ressource, mrbs says, that the ressource is blocked
since 1.1.1970.

I contacted the developer (Davo Smith from UK) directly via email, but he can't help me.

The MRBS block is not being particularly maintained at the moment 
(the last version of Moodle that was officially supported was Moodle 
3.1).
Knowing my schedule, I am very unlikely 
to look into this in my evenings or spare time, but I might be able to 
look at properly upgrading the block to work with Moodle 3.7, if there 
was funding available to allow me to work on this during my normal 
working hours.
This being open source software,
 you are, of course, free to find another developer to look at it. I'd 
be happy to review and merge any proposed fixes that were sent to me.

So, is there anyone who might look in the source and fix the error? 
MRBS is a key application for our teachers.

(I know python, but I am not aquainted to PHP to do it myself.)
