I have been using Moodle since version 2.0. However, I have never seen a plugin to generate credit transcripts. This kind of report is very useful for higher level educational institutions where it is necessary to keep track of overall academic progress, calculate their Grade Point Average (GPA), amount of credits earned, among others.
