This applies to Moodle versions in general. I download all my files with Filezilla. When necessary, I restore those backups but all my audio and jpg files are corrupted and I have to reupload them. I have tried to download the audio files from Moodle and they get almost to the end but the download can't be completed. How can I avoid this and ensure that the backup and restore work as they should.
Also my Moodle backup files can't be downloaded. They download almost to the end but can't be completed.
