Assignment does not appear when grading (it keeps loading)

Hi

I am using Moodle 3.7.2 with Linux (ubuntu) server. When grading assignment (pdf file), it keeps loading and didn't want to be loaded except I click next button to move to other student then come back to previous student. I attach video file to make it clear.

Does anyone here have a solution on how to deal with the issue?

Assalamu alaykum Husni,

1. Try to refresh your browser cache(Ctrl+R, browser settings)
2. Disable cache at your Web-Server (e.g. Apache) level.

These 2 approaches has worked for me.

Thanks for your reply. By the way, I was forgot to tell you that these assignment grading work well if I downgrade moodle to version 3.6.
If I it's running well in 3.6 version, then what is wrong with my current verstion (3.7)?

Also, it is okay for me to refresh the browser cache. But, there's a lot of people who didn't know it and I am as an administrator should make sure the system works well without asking user to refresh their browser.
