The old ltiprovider plugin written by Juan Leyva had a Global Shared Secret configuration option to allow for one secret to be used across all courses in the same site. I don't see a corresponding feature in the Publish as LTI tool functionality. It seems like you have a generate or configure a secret for each course or activity separately. Is that really the case or am I missing something?
