I wanted to add my question about the problems I have in restoring a course, but when I see all the large number of restore questions with many yet to be answered, I wonder if the whole backup/restore system needs some major work. Is that right or am I just another technophobe?

I think the reason for the unanswered questions is that, obviously, backup is a vital function and our backup expert and Knight in shining armour, Eloy, is so much in demand.
