Only Get Spinning Wheel on SCORM Module

Hello,

I am getting more and more people having issues with our SCORM modules.  We use Articulate Studio 13 to create our courses.

When they go to start their module, they are now getting just the spinning wheel like it's trying to load but it never loads.

I've had this with people using Chrome browser and Edge.  I don't have too many Firefox users.  This is a relatively new problem we are seeing as the courses have been on our Moodle install for well over a year.

Is there anything known that causes this issue?

I am no expert on this issue --- just replying to include our recent experience and see if there are other comments out there. We have found (using Moodle 3.6.3) that in one case the student simply needed to select the browser refresh button to get the SCORM to load. It wasn't happening with every SCORM in the course. Have you learned anything new in relation to your question?
