I don't think this is possible as you can only set one enrollment key per group. Moodle has no way to distinguish between students and teachers prior to them enrolling themselves. You would have to add teachers manually to the groups.

I am too linking for similar solution. Like in my case :
I have 4 courses and and each course got different groups. Each Group will have some students and a teacher ( custom role created using Teacher arch type with limited permissions).
Self enrolment method enabled with enrolment key, but only as a student they can enrol, manually I have to change role of teachers to a teacher.
Please do let me know if there is any solution.
