I'm using the moodlecloud theme and no error is shown. The only difference is that the docking buttons have disappeared.

Docking of blocks was removed in Moodle core as part of MDL-64506 and was discussed at length in this forum thread.
As it is no longer supported in Moodle core themes, it is not supported on MoodleCloud.

Collapsing blocks is not currently supported in boost and boost based themes. If you'd like to see it implemented please comment or vote on: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-57305
