We have recently upgraded our moodle site to the latest version of moodle. In the process we have found that our student users are now able to view the assignments, feedback and grades of other students on their courses. I have created a new course and assignment submission points in case there is some problem with the set ups migrated to the upgraded version but the problem still exists with new courses.
I have been reviewing the 'Define roles' and 'Permissions' in site and course administration but so far we have not been able to prevent this from continuing to happen.
Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution please?
