Is there a way to set a questionnaire to provide a different "mark" based on the answers? I would like to have one "yes/no" question that if answered "no" ends the questionnaire and opens up the Activity A but if answered "yes" moves on to the next question. Then if the next question result is "no" it ends the questionnaire and opens up Activity B but if answered "yes" opens up Activity A.
I realize that a quiz is probably a better option here but we need the report of the questions asked to look like the one the questionnaire provides instead of just a grade book.
