Hello

I hope you are doing well

Could someone tell me where to change in code in order to meet some specific requirements for the resource? i would like to change the format of the resource

is it the renderer file that is responsable for that or the view.php or another file ? 

i am developing a course format plugin and i am still a beginner to moodle dev

Could someone assist me

If you want to change how content is displayed on the page, the correct way to is create a theme plugin, then override the renderer or template for the page you are trying to change (older pages will use renderers, newer pages will use templates) in your theme.
