Hey Matiss,
Just confirming that your note above got rid of the email field needing to be filled in. I have the same issue with my site, where if users don't have an email I need to set them up manually, or I have them put a fake email in and then I have to go in and manually confirm their account for them. This would be really useful if that worked for you!
