Moodle Desktop - Error on reading Quiz

Dear All,

I'm facing an issue when using Moodle Desktop. Whenever a questionnaire is open, questions don't appear. It says an error occurred and access on the webpage shall be tried. Moodle Mobile quiz offline attempts plugin is installed and set as per instructions.
What may I be missing to do in this case? Appreciate in advance for any help! smile

Hi Clis

Please be so kind to answer the following questions so we try to understand a bit more of the problem:
1) Which Operative System and version are you using? E.g. Windows10, macOS 10.14, ....
2) Which version of Moodle are you using?
3) Which version of Desktop are you using?
4) Can you upload a screenshot of the error?
5) Please try using the Moodle website instead of the Desktop; using a browser on that laptop/PC. Does the problem happen there too?
