Suspended Moodle users not being unsuspending

Hi all,

We are happily using the Microsoft Office365 with Open Connect ID to sync accounts with Azure AD.

But we have an issue.

I've noticed that suspended accounts are not being un-suspended (made active in Moodle) even if they are Active in Azure AD. Is there something that I'm missing in the setup. The only 'Microsoft Office 365 Integration' sync settings which I have set are:

  • Create accounts in Moodle for users in Azure AD 
  • Update all accounts in Moodle for users in Azure AD

Do I need to check 'Perform a full sync each run' ?

What options have you got set?
