Folks,
I recently changed the Server that my Moodle resides. Following the transfer, the Custom Certificates no longer send email certificates as per the settings. It worked fine before the transfer. I checked the server to see if the email was getting qued somewhere, but it seems the Custom Certificate is not sending. I checked the email routing via "eMail Test" within the Moodle/Admin/Server area and all seems fine on that end.
What I was going to try was uninstalling/reinstalling Custom Certificate as per some advice I have seen in this forum but I am afraid of loosing all my Certificates. I love this plugin, super useful and I have one to two Custom Certificates in most of my courses.
If I were to unistall/reinstall, would I loose all Certificates presently in the system (necessitating rebuilding) as well as the historic Verification data?
If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it.
