Is that regular multiple choice or calculated multichoice? It looks okay on my system with regular multichoice. Have you tried it on a different device?
The texlive binaries latex, dvips, dvisvgm will produce a better looking result that mime tex if you can get the installed.

They need to be installed by the server system admin. With Linux the texlive package is usually an optional package in the distribution. With Windows/Mac it can be downloaded and installed from www.tug.org/texlive.
After they are installed, the paths should be checked in the TeX Notation filter settings. You should have green checks if they are found there.

You should now go the admin settings Plugins -> Filters ->TeX notation to set the paths. I think that the Path for latex should be in your case either '/usr/local/bin/latex' or '/user/local/texlive/bin/latex'. If you set this correctly and save, it should appear with a green check. Set dvips and dvisvgm paths similarly

A TeX distribution is a very complicated system. The system admin needs to follow the appropriate instructions for installation on your operating system, and verify that the commands are working . There are ten of thousands of files that will be installed and are necessary for the system to work, but the only ones that you need to know about are the ones in the filter configuration. These executable files will load other files when they need them as long as they can find them.
I am not sure what they sent you. That can not possibly be the full list of files. What server operating system are you using?

They are using linox.

they saw that it was already installed on the system.

The files you are listing look like the documentation, source, and archive files for the TeX distribution for texlive. The executables and other files are not there. If it is installed in the Linux distro, I would try the default paths /usr/bin/latex,
/usr/bin/dvips, and /usr/bin/dvisvgm in the TeX notation filter settings.
If that is not correct the admin should try running the commands from the command line. They can find the paths for sure by running

They unistalled and re install the plugin. Now I get this:

You do not need both convert and dvisvgm. That should be ok. What does your phone looked like now. Can you post a screen shot again?
You may want to check another phone to make sure it is not specific to your phone.

I am sorry Irith I am not familiar with typesetting mathematics in Hebrew and do not know how right to left works with that. Looking at your screenshots, it seems to me both pictures show formatting errors. I would expect that the base of an exponent is normally the largest font size like \(7^{7^7}\). In your pictures the first exponent is larger than the base. I think the filters are misinterpreting your \(\TeX\) code in different ways. This may be that they have different rtl conventions or one is not recognizing the encoding the same way.
Can you attach a export of your question?
