For those of us with server admins who dont like using Crons, or allowing you to cron a lot, here is a great little program you can add to your site. It works perfect with Moodle.

Just remember to add the line :
<? include("phpjobscheduler/phpjobscheduler.php"); ?>
to the bottom index.php for it to work.
