I created new block folder with a name of "FirstBlock" under/moodle/blocks/FirstBlock . This folder has all the 4 required files block_FirstBlock.php, version.php, db/access.php, and lang/en/block_FirstBlock.php.
But when I login to my moodle account and go to site adminstration/ notifications it will not show that block, so I cannot install it.
What is the problem? I have no experience with moodle this is my first block.

I've made some small modifications but the main was the capital letter in filename and directory.
I change capital letter everywhere... even if it's not neccessary everywhere!

I also change the version of Moodle requiered.
The coding coventions are important
