Moodle 3.7, Theme: Fordson

As Iam trying to add video links as a Resource

I am getting this error

No video with supported format and MIME type found

Please help

I think there is some bug.
When you post the short url of youtube videos it is not working showing the error.
However, if you embed the video then it works.
