Hi Guys,
i have upgraded to moodle 3.6 and i am having a problem with name changes. i need to change some names when they legaly change and the ususal steps were:
To change the username of a user with
ldap authentication, switch his authentication method to manual,
change his username and change his authentication method back to ldap.
now that thing is not working.
i am getting the filed is required on the username field which is disabled when selecting ldap.
anfd the help mark says "Please be aware that some authentication plugins will not allow you to change the username."
has anyone experienced this one.
