I use Moodle 3.7+ along with the Fordson theme (latest version) for two environments. One environment works flawlessly, the other gives this error message in many places:
Fatal error: Class 'theme_boost \ output \ core \ files_renderer' not found in /sync/var/www/xxx.xxx.nl/html/theme/fordson/classes/output/core/files_renderer.php online 38
My provider can't figure it out and says that Class 'theme_boost \ output \ core \ files_renderer' is definitely there.
If I switch to the Boost theme, it works flawlessly.
What hint / tip can I give my provider to find the cause and find a solution?
