Error Message: Request to URL 'https://online.xxxx.edu/mod/lti/services.php/9059/lineitems?type_id=57' returned status 400 and contents 'No handler found for /'
We installed a publisher tool, it is using LTI Advantage for assignment and grades services. Anytime we attempt to add graded items to courses, we see the error listed above. Non graded items import from this tool without any issues. It is only an issue with grade items.
It has never worked, and we have determined it is an issue on our side, but we are not sure where to look. We've confirmed everything with our php install and handler mapping appears to be correct.
Debugging logs have been no help, and as the error happens, and nothing appears in the logs related to it.
Any ideas based on the error messaging where we can look? If you need more information, please let me know and I will provide it.
