I have upgraded my Moodle site from 3.3.1 to 3.7.1. Currently, the PHP version is set to 7.1. The installed theme is Adaptable 2.0.
There were no any errors during the upgrade process, however, I am now unable to login the admin area of the website after the upgrade. When I connect with my admin login credentials, there is a message "The account user "admin" is not available on this site"
I have tried to connect with other user accounts, but then for each of them the message is (translated from French to English) "connection failed. Please try again".
All users persist in the scfv_user table, including the admin account.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue ?
